Outreach Pastor: Matt Windley
Matt Windley is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (B.A. degree) and is currently studying at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary to receive his M.Div degree. He and his wife, Cheri, are both from the Triangle area and you'll find them rooting for the many triangle sports teams. They have a 3 year old son, Ethan, and just recently welcomed newborn Caleb into the world. And as you can tell from the last names, he is Mike's (our pastor) brother.

So what exactly do you do at The Bridge?
I'm really the utility pastor. Basically, I do anything Mike tells me to do.
I heard you're addicted to a couple of tv shows...are you seeking help?
Actually, yes, I am addicted to 24 and Jericho. If you haven't seen 24 you MUST rent the first season DVD. Be warned though: You cannot resist watching the rest. I've never seen it done.
So I hear you and Mike are pretty competitive? Be honest, who's the best athlete?
Ok, so yeah, we're competitive. I'll be honest. He's got me in a couple of games, but overall, there's just no competition. Here's the breakdown:
Matt - Baseball, Basketball, Ping Pong, Chess, Tag, Shuffleboard, Nertz
Mike - Pool, Horseshoes, Cross Stitching, Bowling
Cary - Bocce Ball (we're not discussing that)
As you can see, I've got the upper hand in most events.
